Please check the conditions for refund of tuition and other fees due to cancellation.

The refund will be sent to the bank account designated by the applicant.

However, the recipient will be responsible for any transfer/remittance fees involved in the refund, and the amount of the refund will be deducted.

The selection fee is non-refundable.

All payments will be refunded, except for the selection and admission fee.

Conditions: 1) Return of the Certificate of Eligibility and 2) Submission of a written notice of intent to cancel is required.

*¹ (In the case of visa denial) All payments except for the selection fee will be refunded.

*² (In the case that the applicant does not come to Japan after the visa is issued) All payments except for the selection and admission fee will be refunded.

Conditions: 1) Return of the Certificate of Eligibility, 2) Copy of passport with visa refusal stamp or written notice of intent to cancel is required.

All payments except for the selection and admission fee will be refunded after returning your country from Japan.

Conditions: Submission of 1)  a copy of your return ticket (or reservation form) and 2)  a copy of your hole-punched residence card are required.

*³ If you are accepted to a university or other institution in Japan by the end of the course, and the term of the institution you wish to attend overlaps with our term, we will refund the tuition for the remainder of the course.

Conditions: Submission of 1) the withdrawal form, 2) a copy of the enrollment permit or photo ID of the new institution is required.

No refunds will be made for students who withdraw before the end of the course. Any unpaid tuition and other fees will be billed to the student and the financial supporter.

 If you wish to withdraw from the course and return to your home country, you must complete the following procedures.

Procedures: Submission of 1) the withdrawal form, 2) a copy of the return ticket (or reservation confirmation), and 3) a copy of a hole-punched residence card are required.

*⁴ No refunds will be made for students who withdraw before the end of the course. Any unpaid tuition and other fees will be billed to the student and the financial supporter.

 If you wish to withdraw from the course and return to your home country, you must complete the following procedures.

Procedures: Submission of 1) the withdrawal form, 2) a copy of the permission letter for change of resident status, 3) a copy of the job offer letter or a copy of the company registration, or a copy of the enrollment permit or photo ID of the new institution is required.

Refunds are not available due to disclaimers.

Any unpaid tuition and other fees will be billed to the student and the financial supporter.

Even if a student enrolls later than the first day of classes, tuition and other fees from the first day of classes to the date of enrollment will not be refunded.

The dormitory entry is a yearly contract. If you cancel the contract or moving out of the dormitory before the end of the contract, the fee will be settled based on the submitted application for moving out of the dormitory.

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, public transportation is not available for people entering Japan from all regions.

Cancellation of airport pick-up will be refunded only in the case of 2) and 3) above, or if you have made your own transportation arrangements before entering Japan.

※After entering Japan, you will be responsible for the cost of the mandatory 14-day isolation at your accommodation to prevent the spread of COVID-19.  This is not included in the pick-up fee.

Depending on the situation in Japan, there may be changes to the landing permission and entry requirements for foreign nationals, as well as the location and duration of the waiting period after entry. For details, please confirm when you apply and when you are notified of the result of the "Certificate of Eligibility" issuance.

Cancellation after certificates are issued will not be refunded.
