This page introduces the documents required to apply to N.S International School.

Visa application
If you live outside of Japan, you will need to obtain a student visa to apply for the school program.
The documents you need to prepare will vary depending on the country, region, and your background.

Documents required for application
The following documents are required for applicants to our school.

Please note that
- We may ask you to submit other documents if needed.
- The above certificates should be submitted within two months of the date of issue.
- All of the above documents (except for a photocopy of passport) must be accompanied by a Japanese translation.
- Only single-sided printing of A4 size (210mm x 297mm) will be accepted when submitting copies of documents.
- Submitted documents will not be returned.
- If you have applied in the past, please submit a letter explaining the details of your application.
- If there are any false or contradictory statements in the submitted documents, the application will result in "Not Pass (Failed)".
