Student Dormitory


Our school has a student dormitory.

 

If you wish to live in the dormitory, please fill in the dormitory request section of the application form. 

Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests or changes to dormitories after the application has been submitted.

 

The dormitory may be full, so please check the availability in advance.

We also plan to introduce rooms through a real estate agency affiliated with the school.

Only 1 min. The dormitory is next to the school.

Bed, Air conditioner, Living room (shared), Dining kitchen (shared), Shower room (shared), Toilet (shared), etc.

Capacity

10 people

There are several rooms in the dormitory, and each room is shared by two or three people.

Surroundings

 

Near the dormitory, there is a convenience store within a 4-minute walk and a supermarket within a 10-minute walk. In addition, the Kurihara City Tsukidate General Branch is within a 3-minute walk, making it convenient for various procedures. Nearly all clinics are within a 5-minute walk.

It's a quiet and relaxing learning environment.


Student Dormitory Fee

Fee

Moving-in Fee (10% tax included) 33,000 yen

Dormitory fee (1 month, include management fee)

25,000 yen
Total (Moving-in + the first year's(12months) dormitory fees)

333,000 yen

  • The total amount of fees required to enter the dormitory is 333,000 yen, which is the full amount of the moving-in fee and the first year's dormitory fees.
  • Please note that there is no discount on the dormitory fee, even during vacations.
  • Dormitory entry contracts are yearly contracts.
  • Graduates are required to leave the dormitory at the end of March.

Paying student dormitory fee

・Paying moving in fees

Please pay the fees listed on the invoice in Japanese yen to the bank account designated by the school when you pay the various entrance fees.

The remittance fees and charges are the responsibility of the applicant.

・Paying fees after moving in

Payment must be made by bank transfer by the 20th of the month prior to the month in which the dormitory fee is incurred. All other fees must be paid by bank transfer by the specified deadline.

Payment in cash is not accepted in principle.

Payment of fees when moving out the dormitory

・Date of termination of dormitory fees or date of moving out

Based on the submitted application for moving out of the dormitory, the month in which the payment of dormitory fees will end will be determined.

There is no pro-rating of the dormitory fee.

・Room Repair and Cleaning Fees.

When you move out of the dormitory, your room will be inspected.

There is no need for residents to bear the cost of repairing rooms that are stained or damaged in the course of daily life. However, if there is damage to the door, a hole in the wall, or stains or smells from cigarettes, oil, or spices on the wallpaper, etc., the resident will be billed for the cost of repairing the room.

Also, if it is determined that the room needs to be cleaned after the inspection, residents will be billed for the cost of cleaning the room.


Student Dormitory Usage Notes

Rules and prohibitions for living in the dormitory

  1. Please be considerate when going up and down stairs, opening and closing doors, standing in the corridors, talking late at night and early in the morning, etc. Be sensible and do not cause trouble for other residents or dormitory staff.
  2. Do not engage in commercial activities, gambling, or similar activities in the dormitory.
  3. Political, ideological, or religious activities such as solicitation, meetings, or events, etc. are not allowed in the dormitory unless approved by the dormitory manager.
  4. Students must lock their doors when they are not in their dormitory rooms.
  5. Do not lend or borrow money to each other.
  6. Do not put posters in the common areas.
  7. Do not leave personal belongings or garbage in the hallways or other common areas. Do not bring common furniture and fixtures into the dormitory room.
  8. Bicycles may be brought into the dormitory only if the dormitory site and space are available, and permission must be obtained from the dormitory manager in advance. Bicycles must be locked (the dormitory will not take any responsibility for theft, etc.).
  9. Electrical appliances, gas appliances, oil appliances, televisions, DVD players, musical instruments, pets, etc. are not allowed in the dormitory. (Electrical appliances that require a large amount of power must not be brought into the dormitory due to the electrical capacity of the dormitory room and disaster prevention issues.)
  10. Moving from one room to another within the same dormitory without permission from the dormitory manager is not permitted. However, for reasons of dormitory management, students may be required to change rooms before or after entering the dormitory.

 

Rules and prohibitions for safety, health, and hygiene

  1. Drinking alcohol and smoking are prohibited in the dormitory.
  2. No pets are allowed in the dormitory.
  3. In case of emergency, such as sudden illness, contact the school immediately and follow the instructions.
  4. Emergency exits are forbidden except in emergencies.
  5. Keep your room clean and sanitary.
  6. Fire is prohibited outside of designated areas.
  7. Do not remodel, dismantle, or renovate the dormitory or your room.

 

Penalties

If any of the following cases apply to you, you may be subject to compensation for expenses, expulsion from the dormitory, etc.

  1. Failure to observe the above rules and prohibitions of living in the dormitory.
  2. Failure to pay dormitory fees for more than two months.
  3. Violent behavior
  4. Violation of the rules of the dormitory or social rules, causing inconvenience to other students or people in the dormitory, or any other behavior that is unbecoming of a student.
  5. False declarations or failure to give notice of serious matters when entering the dormitory or while in the dormitory.
